Yi Min 伊敏 (she/her/hers)

Yi Min is a global Human Resources Executive with over 20 years of experience. She developed her capabilities working in both Western and Chinese global companies. She has coached C-level leaders in managing globalization challenges such as leading multicultural teams, cross-cultural communication, and conflict resolution. With expertise in M&A cultural integration, Yi Min has helped global leaders successfully expand their business to global markets and drive business success.

Ms. Yi has previously worked as an Executive Director of Global Learning & Cultural Integration at Lenovo Group. Prior to that, she was a training manager at Shell, China. Besides working at large corporations, Ms. Yi expanded her scope of influence by working at three different consulting firms, where she designed and facilitated consulting projects and programs on leadership, teamwork, and corporate culture. Ms. Yi has acted as a coach to young Mongolian entrepreneurs and is engaged in promoting the unique aspects of Mongolian culture.

Originally from Mongolia, she grew up in Beijing and has lived and worked in the U.S. for over a decade. She frequently travels to China to work on client projects. Ms. Yi speaks fluent Mongolian, English and Mandarin Chinese.

She obtained a BA in Economics from Beijing Union University. She spent about six months doing voluntary work in Inner Mongolia in 2017.
