Yuko Deneuville (she/her)

Yuko Deneuville is a Consultant and Coach with over two decades of international experience supporting individuals and teams working across cultures. She works with global leaders, expatriates, and internationally mobile families to develop cultural agility, emotional intelligence, and effective cross-cultural communication.

Yuko has extensive experience designing and delivering intercultural training, executive coaching, and expatriation support programs for professionals and families transitioning between cultures. Her work focuses on mindset development, cultural adaptation, and helping individuals navigate culture shock, reverse culture shock, and complex multicultural environments with confidence.

Having lived and worked in Japan, France, the United States, the United Kingdom, and China, Yuko brings deep first-hand insight into global mobility and intercultural adjustment. She regularly facilitates workshops, webinars, and lectures on intercultural management, expatriation, and personal development for international audiences.

Yuko facilitates in Japanese, English, and French. She is based in Japan and holds advanced degrees in International Business and an Asian MBA. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and the author of two books on expatriation and personal development.
