Zdenka Samson (she/her)

Zdenka Samson is a Senior Consultant with over two decades of international experience supporting individuals, families, and teams working across cultures. She works with global and multicultural audiences to build intercultural competence, strengthen collaboration, and support effective cross-cultural adaptation in both professional and personal contexts.

A partial list of the populations and organizations Zdenka has supported includes multinational corporations, U.S. government–funded export programs, educational institutions, exchange organizations, and global mobility clients across Europe and North America.

Having lived and worked across Europe and North America, Zdenka brings deep first-hand insight into global mobility and cross-cultural adjustment. She is a Board Member of Families in Global Transitions (FIGT) and an active member of SIETAR USA. She facilitates in English, Czech, and French, and with working knowledge of German, and Italian. She is currently based in Highland Park, Illinois.

Zdenka holds a B.A. and M.A. cum laude in International Area Studies from Charles University in Prague and holds certifications in intercultural competence and global communication.
