This program incorporates data-based insights to examine how barriers to women’s advancement manifest across company culture, organizational practices, and individual behaviors. Participants will learn how these barriers affect the engagement and development of women employees globally. They’ll also build awareness of how bias and everyday actions shape outcomes, then focus on what they can do differently in their own roles, including improving how they give feedback, recognize contributions, and support development.
