AI Prompting Across Cultures

This program helps global teams use AI more intentionally — starting with how they prompt it.

AI can help teams move faster and communicate more efficiently. But without cultural awareness, it can just as easily amplify the biases and gaps in understanding it was supposed to help us overcome. Using the GlobeSmart® Profile and Aperian’s proprietary L.E.N.S. approach to prompting, participants practice adapting AI prompts for different cultural and work-style preferences across three real-world scenarios: summarizing a meeting, researching and brainstorming, and delivering difficult feedback.

The session closes with a hands-on Prompt Lab where participants apply what they’ve learned to a real situation from their own work — so the learning doesn’t stay in the room.
