Guided by an expert facilitator, teams work across three key areas—work style, process, and communication—to define clear, practical ways of working together.
By the end of the sprint, teams will have a set of co-created working agreements, a focused 30-day activation plan with clear ownership, and access to tools and resources to support ongoing collaboration.
