Improving Team Collaboration with the GlobeSmart Profile

This learning program helps teams collaborate more effectively and overcome challenges using the GlobeSmart^® Profile.

The GlobeSmart Profile provides a visual of individual work styles, insight into team dynamics, and custom advice for collaboration. In this workshop, an Aperian expert leads an interactive session using the team’s GlobeSmart Profiles to focus on the areas that matter most to their work. Participants explore how culture influences areas like communication, trust, decision-making, and conflict, and work together to establish shared working agreements for more effective collaboration.
