This program helps relocating employees, and their families when applicable, adjust to a new culture and develop the skills they need to succeed on a global assignment.
The transition to living in a new country can be a tough one. This program helps first-time and repeat expatriates, partners, and children, prepare for life in a new country, and is flexibly designed to meet their unique professional and personal needs. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of host-country behaviors and etiquette by examining prevalent values, assumptions, beliefs, and historical highlights. They’ll then apply these insights to their work by identifying key cultural considerations that can impact business interactions, project outcomes, and relationship-building. Participants create personal action plans that align cultural understanding with their assignment goals, setting them up for professional and assignment success.
