Participants learn how fast judgments and assumptions form and how they influence workplace behavior. This interactive workshop builds awareness and shared language around bias, and provides simple, memorable strategies to interrupt bias in real time. Participants practice seeing situations through a more inclusive lens and create action steps to reduce bias in their day-to-day work.
