Working Effectively With Country X

This learning program provides insight into the work styles and business culture of a specific country and provides individuals with strategies for effective collaboration with people from that culture.

Ensure effective cross-cultural collaboration by helping employees increase their knowledge of the culture and the “why” behind common business and social behaviors and practices. They’ll learn how to utilize the GlobeSmart^® Profile to understand how their individual work styles compare to the average work style of the specific country.

This program supports both employees who are just beginning to work across cultures and those with more established cross-cultural experience, though some prior exposure can help participants better contextualize the insights.
