Working Globally

This learning program equips employees to overcome cross-cultural challenges and enable successful and productive collaboration with diverse colleagues.

With a variety of learning tools, hands-on practice sessions, discussions, and interactive activities, this immersive program helps employees develop and enhance their cultural agility to work more effectively with people from different cultures. Participants will learn about work-style variations, how to style switch in different contexts, and strategies for giving and receiving feedback, obtaining information, and influencing decisions. They’ll also gain a problem-solving framework and learn how to leverage the GlobeSmart® Profile to collaborate effectively within global teams.

Working Globally goes beyond the foundation built in the Cultural Agility program to develop the real-world skills employees need to collaborate effectively across cultures.
