Aperian Announces New Leadership
Here at Aperian, we’re starting the New Year with some very exciting news. After 30 years, our co-founders Ted Dale and Dr. Ernest Gundling are positioning a new generation of leadership for Aperian.
Effective January 2022, Ted and Ernest are transitioning the executive management of the organization to Mike Greto as Chief Revenue Officer and Amanda Worsfold as Chief Product Officer. This change reflects a renewed focus on client success, a tighter integration between product and services, and a continued commitment to enable our clients to create inclusion at scale.
Ted and Ernest will continue to serve as advisors to the management team, create intellectual property, and consult with our clients. We cannot thank them enough for creating and growing an organization that has had such a significant impact on the world and a mission that has inspired so many.
While our leadership may be shifting, one thing that will never change is our unwavering commitment to our clients and our underlying mission: to bridge boundaries through deeper understanding of ourselves and others.
