Inclusive Behaviors InventorySM (IBI) certification equips you to create environments where everyone can contribute their best. With the IBI, individuals uncover their inclusion strengths and areas for improvement, and receive personalized advice for evolving behaviors to be more inclusive of others. After helping learners analyze their results they receive an extended learning experience for continued growth and development.
Inclusive Behaviors Inventory certification is valid for one year and includes access to the Community of Practice. This network empowers Certified Practitioners to exchange facilitation strategies, gain insights from fellow experts, and showcase innovative use cases—all in support of making a deeper impact with our solutions. The Community of Practice includes a Slack channel, dedicated support, and live learning sessions to help practitioners stay connected and confident in their work.
This certification is eligible for 8 Professional Development Credits (PDCs) toward SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification. This certification is also eligible for 8 Continuing Coach Education units (4 hours Core Competencies / 4 hour Resource Development) toward the renewal requirements of an International Coaching Federation (ICF) credential.
