Ben Capell (he/him/his)
Dr. Ben Capell is a Senior Consultant with Aperian. Dr. Capell’s main areas of expertise include International Collaboration, Leadership Development, Team Performance, Equity, Inclusion & Diversity.
Dr. Capell brings over 20 years of consultancy experience which includes designing and implementing large-scale people management initiatives in a variety of global organizations. He brings unique in-house expertise from his experience at Hewlett-Packard, where he headed regional and global roles. His consultancy track record comprises a broad portfolio of successful projects with a diverse range of organizations, such as AIG, Bank of America, Cathay Pacific, Danfoss, Emerson, ExxonMobil, Google, Hollister, Merrill Lynch, Marriott, Nike, Roche, Tesco, Unilever and more.
Dr. Capell’s international experience includes living in Hong Kong, the U.S., Japan, Israel, Spain, and Turkey and managing multinational teams located over a wide range of locations. Ben is fluent in English, Spanish, and Hebrew.
Dr. Capell has a Ph.D. in People Management from ESADE Business School in Barcelona. He holds an MA in Management Sciences from ESADE, an MA in Clinical Psychology from the University of Hartford, and an honor BA in Human Resources Management from Tel-Aviv College of Management. He is also a licensed Psychologist. In addition, Ben collaborates with various academic institutions, including the University of Hong Kong, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and the Baptist University.
