Emma Howard is the Group Head of Talent and Development at LGC. Emma has over 15 years of experience working in Talent and Development functions. She has worked in large multinational organizations, as well as individuals to connect ambition and potential to organizational goals and commercial delivery. Emma’s work helps companies develop ‘people resilience’ through succession planning, talent mapping, organizational development and performance management.
