Robert Limoges

Robert Limoges counsels, coaches, and trains executives and their management teams in international business practices and working with other cultures at home and abroad. He provides cross-cultural assessment, training, and counseling to international assignees on the complex issues related to cross-border integration and human interaction across cultures. His areas of expertise include communication, leadership, team building, time management, and diversity and inclusion. The industries with which he has worked include technology, financial services, consumer goods, and industrial equipment manufacturing.

Prior to joining Aperian, Mr. Limoges traveled and worked in forty-one countries, including those in Europe, Asia, and Latin America. He spent five years with Up with People, an international educational program, before he started his own coaching and training business. He also played professional ice hockey in Germany and was inspired to become a member of the International Coaching Federation.

Mr. Limoges currently resides with his wife and three children in Virginia, U.S. He is fluent in French and English and proficient in Spanish, German, and Danish.

His educational background includes an MA in organizational psychology with a focus on intercultural communication from Sherbrooke University in the province of Quebec, Canada. He also holds a BS in physical education with a minor in business. He is a strong supporter of the American Red Cross and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
