Anat Kedem

Anat Kedem is a Senior Consultant for Aperian, and has 20 years of experience designing and facilitating cultural awareness workshops and teambuilding sessions. Her focus areas include global skills, cross-cultural business efficiency, virtual team management, diversity and inclusion and M&A integration. Ms. Kedem has worked with management teams from diverse global organizations startups and Fortune 500 Companies in various sectors such as finance, technology, government, education, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and NGOs.

Ms. Kedem has developed a core focus on ‘Working with Israel’. She promotes global cross-cultural business effectiveness, focusing on American-Israeli interactions. Ms. Kedem volunteered as a mediator in community, family and district attorney cases on behalf of the Dispute Resolution Services of Santa Clara, California and is part of California’s Consortium Project.

She was born and raised in Israel, lived in South Africa and the United States for over a decade and recently returned to Israel.

Ms. Kedem holds an MA in Leadership and System Development from the Haifa University. She is an ICF-Accredited Professional Certified Coach, Qualified Mediator and is certified in Intercultural Development Inventory. Her article on specific attributes of training in Israel was published by Training Magazine.
