Ekaterina von Gertten (she/her/hers)

Ekaterina von Gertten is a Senior Consultant & Product Manager of Learning Solutions and Enablement at Aperian. She partners with clients around the world, with a focus on the EMEA region. Ms. von Gertten’s expertise lies in the areas of Diversity & Inclusion, Global Mobility, and Virtual & Global teams. She is equally comfortable in coaching individuals of all levels, facilitating group workshops, and speaking in front of large audiences. Ms. von Gertten has served as a key resource in Aperian’s work with Fortune 100 companies in a variety of sectors including energy, pharmaceuticals, technology, automotive, finance, and food & beverage. She has also spent time working or studying in the United States, the United Kingdom & Japan. Some of her most impactful engagements include Carlsberg, GSK, SABIC, AAM, LEGO, Gazprom, Oracle, Staples, Ørsted, and Accenture.

Prior to her affiliation with Aperian, Ms. von Gertten worked as a Senior Consultant at Richard Lewis Communications and is a certified practitioner of The Richard Lewis Model. She was also an associate with Better Business International, focusing on global mobility and organizational development. Ms. von Gertten also had an academic career, as a Lecturer at the Department of International Relations at Belarusian State University.

The home base for Ms. von Gertten is currently Malmö, Sweden, where she lives with her family. A native of Minsk, Belarus, her favorite city to live in is Stockholm. Her coaching, public speaking, and facilitation are conducted in English, Swedish, Belarusian and Russian.

Ms. von Gertten holds an MA in Linguistics and in addition holds a BA in Opera Singing and has performed in professional opera productions and concert recitals in Sweden and around Europe. Beyond her role as a consultant and learning solutions architect, Ms. von Gertten is also a certified coach and an active public speaker with the Athenas and Skillspartner Speakers Bureaus in Sweden.
