Pamela Leri (she/her/hers)
Pamela Leri is a Senior Consultant at Aperian. Her key areas of expertise include leadership, team, Global Business Skills, Mobility, and Inclusion & Diversity. During her time as the Director of Consulting of Global Inclusion and Diversity, she developed strategic global approaches to collaboration and inclusive leadership with an emphasis on solutions for executives and teams working across multiple geographies, including the Americas, Africa, Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East. Pamela has successfully managed the assessment, design, development, and delivery of global diversity and inclusion development solutions at firms across various industries. Some of her key clients include Bayer Healthcare, ExxonMobil, Goldman Sachs, Kohler, Sasol, Siemens, Sumitomo Dainippon Pharma Oncology, Sunovion, and Weatherford.
Prior to joining Aperian, Pamela was Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Manager of Organization Development, Diversity and Intercultural Strategy for Mellon Financial Corporation. She was responsible for providing diversity consultation and thought leadership to the Corporate Diversity Council and providing strategic direction for diversity and inclusion to the corporation as a whole. She oversaw all learning and development efforts as well as performance, talent management systems and succession planning at the corporate level. Pamela led the development of corporate leadership competencies and the integration of these competencies into leadership and talent development efforts.
Pamela received her Master’s Degree of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from The University of Iowa Writers’ Workshop, where she received the prestigious Iowa Arts Fellowship; and her bachelor’s degree in Literature with honors from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Pamela has lived in Japan, Singapore, South Africa, the United Kingdom, and Zimbabwe, and has extensive long-term travel and work experience in Canada, China, Germany, India, the Middle East, Papua New Guinea and the Russian Federation (Sakhalin). Pamela is proficient in Japanese and is currently based in the city of New York.
